Resident-Only 2025 Beach Parking Permit Application.

This Application is for Residents Only to purchase Beach Permit(s) online for the 2025 season using a credit card. Guests may purchase Seasonal Guest Passes using the Seasonal Pass Form.
The Mattituck Beach Permit is availible for purchase by Property Owners/Residents of the Mattituck Park District, which includes all of the Hamlet of Mattituck and the Southold Town portion of the Hamlet of Laurel.

Each Owner/Year-Round Resident household may purchase up to 4 permits for immediate family members.

The permit is valid at the following locations:
- Veterans Memorial Park
- Breakwater Beach Park
- Peconic Bay Park/Mattituck Yacht Club
Please Note: The Beach Permit shall be permanently affixed on any PASSENGER side window.

Permit Rules

(Please read)
1. This permit is valid for the year specified above and designated Permitee.
2. The Permitee is governed by all rules and regulations of the Mattituck Park District.
3. Permitee indemnifies and holds harmless the Park District from all claims, damages, expenses, suits and losses including but not limited to attorney’s fees arising from Permitee’s use of the Park District property and activity in connection with this permit.
4. Resident and Guest Beach Permit stickers MUST BE AFFIXED TO THE VEHICLE; PERMITS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.
5. The permit sticker is to be placed on any PASSENGER-SIDE DOOR WINDOW. Any vehicle not displacing a Beach Parking Permit Sticker will be towed at owner’s expense. Any vehicle not displacing a Beach Parking Permit Sticker will be denied entry.
6. Any violation in connection with this permit will immediately revoke the permit.
I certify that the facts contained in this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that falsified statements on the application shall be grounds for revoking the permit. I further understand that falsely certifying this information is PUNISHABLE AS A CLASS “A” MISDEMEANOR PURSUANT TO SECTION 210.45 OF THE PENAL LAW. I have read, understand, and agree to the above rules governing beach permits and accept the disclaimer and liability waiver and sign it of my own free will. Once this form is submitted and payment is made, refunds will not be issued.
