Resident-Only 2026 Beach Parking Permit Application.

This Application is for Residents Only to purchase Beach Permit(s) online for the 2026 season using a credit card. Guests may purchase Seasonal Guest Passes using the Seasonal Pass Form.
The Mattituck Beach Permit is availible for purchase by Property Owners/Residents of the Mattituck Park District, which includes all of the Hamlet of Mattituck and the Southold Town portion of the Hamlet of Laurel.

Each Owner/Year-Round Resident household may purchase up to 4 permits for immediate family members.

The permit is valid at the following locations:
- Veterans Memorial Park
- Breakwater Beach Park
- Peconic Bay Park/Mattituck Yacht Club

Permit Rules

(Please read)
1. The Permitee is governed by all rules and regulations of the Mattituck Park District.
2. This permit is valid for the year specified above and designated Permitee.
3. The Permitee is governed by all rules and regulations of the Mattituck Park District.
4. Permitee indemnifies and holds harmless the Park District from all claims, damages, expenses, suits and losses including but not limited to attorney’s fees arising from Permitee’s use of the Park District property and activity in connection with this permit.
5. The Beach Permit is a hangtag and should be hung from the center rearview mirror so beach attendants at all MPD beaches can easily see them when vehicles stop at the booth.
6. Each hangtag is assigned to a specific vehicle, and the license plate printed on the hangtag must match the vehicle using it. It is not transferable.
7. Any vehicle not displaying a Beach Permit will be denied entry. Any vehicle not displaying a Beach Permit will be towed at owner’s expense.
8. Any violation in connection with this permit will revoke the permit immediately.
I certify that the facts contained in this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that falsified statements on the application shall be grounds for revoking the permit. I further understand that falsely certifying this information is PUNISHABLE AS A CLASS “A” MISDEMEANOR PURSUANT TO SECTION 210.45 OF THE PENAL LAW. I have read, understand, and agree to the above rules governing beach permits and accept the disclaimer and liability waiver and sign it of my own free will. Once this form is submitted and payment is made, refunds will not be issued.
