IMPORTANT: Financial Assistance will be assigned to a week of camp, of your chosing. Once selected that scholarship may not be moved to another week. You may forfeit the scholarship by cancelling that week of camp.
Household will pay $100 deposit for each session of camp on hold. Financial assistance will be determined by Tucker Parks and Recreation Staff.
Apply By: This form will be submitted to Tucker Parks and Recreation. You will be notified of approval or denial of scholarship via email. This process may take up to 8-10 business days.
Procedures:
1. Parent or guardian completes and submits scholarship application a. Attach proof of one of the following:
- A copy of child’s PeachCare medical card
- State documentation for foster children
- A letter of verification for any state or federal assistance received that includes dates of eligibility
2. Applications are reviewed by Tucker Parks and Recreation Staff and the family is notified via email of approval or denial of scholarships
3. Families MUST register for the program to receive funding. Registration and deposits must be complete prior to scholarships being processed
SCHOLARSHIPS CAN ONLY BE USED AT THE TUCKER RECREATION CENTER CAMP LOCATION AND ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE!
