Clear COVID-19 safety protocols are essential to making our 2022 Conference In-Person Event a safe and joyful space for us to gather. We know that conditions, policies, and guidelines will continue to change in the coming months, and we will follow developments closely and keep our community updated. Our goals are that attendees will know what protocols to expect, will feel comfortable gathering, and will stay safe and healthy. Vaccinations and boosters are required to participate in Chorus America’s June In-Person Event in Baltimore, and registrants will be asked to provide valid proof of vaccination. At this time, masks will be required in all shared spaces. We will continue to follow CDC guidance and will honor the COVID-19 mandates for our Conference host city of Baltimore as well as any mandates in place for specific Conference venues. COVID-19 Safety Protocols Acknowledgement:*

I acknowledge on behalf of myself and any other individuals that attend Chorus America’s 2022 Conference representing our sponsoring organization that vaccinations and boosters are required to participate in the in-person event in Baltimore (Jun 15-17, 2022). Once registered, each attendee will be asked to provide valid proof of vaccination prior to or at event check-in.

Sponsorship Pledge and Associated Benefits
Conference Sponsorships begin at $500 (General Level), and all 2022 Sponsors will receive click-thru logo visibility on Chorus America’s web platforms, print/digital acknowledgement in the conference edition of The Voice Magazine, acknowledgement presentations/signage in April and June, and inclusion in the new Corporate Highlight Email to be send to attendees in late May.

Sponsorships of $1,000 or higher are eligible for additional benefits based on the level of support.
