    Due to field operational constraints *Sunday night bookings will be reviewed but likely only accepted under extenuating circumstances. (*Sunday night is defined as 22:00 onwards into Monday morning).

    Charges to be applied to a particular isolation may be revised if there is a significant and documented delay caused by the customer and/or contractor.

    It is important to notify customers who may be affected by your isolation request.
