In connection with the described computer and/or electronic equipment, {name} expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Recycler agrees not to violate any Federal, State, or Local laws relating to the use and/or proper disposal of the computer and/or electronic equipment, including but not limited to trademark, copyright, or patent laws.
{name} neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for {name} any liability in connection with the recycling of the described computer and/or electronic equipment.
The Recycler shall have all rights and title to the goods in [himself or herself] and [his or her] executors, administrators, and assigns. The Recycler shall assume all responsibilities for safe and proper disposal of the described computer and/or electronic equipment according to Federal, State, or Local laws governing proper disposal.
{name} shall assume all responsibilities for any fees involved in hazardous disposal, such fees will be collected at time of transfer between {name} and Recycler.
{name} is the lawful owner of the goods, and the goods are free from all encumbrances. The seller has a good right to sell the goods and will warrant and defend the right against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
If anyone of the paragraphs of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the balance of the contract shall remain enforceable.
