Thank you for your interest in Leadership Bourbon County — a unique opportunity to grow as a leader while building stronger connections with your community.

While we’d love to include everyone, space is limited. This application helps us select individuals who are ready to actively engage in the program and make the most of this experience.

Who’s Eligible?
Leadership Bourbon County is open to anyone who lives and/or works in Bourbon County. All applicants are considered equally — regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or national origin.

Program Commitments:
To successfully graduate from the program, participants must:

Attend the overnight orientation on August 18 & 19, 2025, held at Mustard Seed Hill in Millersburg
Participate in at least 7 out of the 8 monthly sessions, held from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Tuition: $400
(This includes a $50 non-refundable application fee.)

Tuition for Leadership Bourbon County is $350 which covers all program costs including meals. You, your company, or a sponsor will be billed for this fee by the Paris-Bourbon Chamber of Commerce.

Once we have selected you, you or your company will be billed for payment.
