IF YOU PURCHASE A TRADELINE WITHIN 5/7 DAYS OF THE STATEMENT DATE THE LINE WILL MOST LIKELY SKIP THE CURRENT CYCLE AND WILL POST IN THE FOLLOWING CYCLE. IF YOU PURCHASE A LINE AFTER THE STATEMENT DATE HAS PASSED THE LINE IS FOR THE FOLLOWING CYCLE.
If you are purchasing an American Express (AMEX) Tradeline they do not report credit history they will show as a new line of credit.
Tradelines will post 1-15 Business days after their statement date. We suggest refreshing your credit reports once the 15 Business days have passed.
Example: If your statement date is the 10th then your tradeline will post no later then the same month.
Not all Tradelines can be provided with a proof of add screenshot, if you would like to request a screenshot please reach out after placing your order. If we can provide it for your tradeline(s) it will be sent by email.
Non-Posting Tradelines:
If for some reason your line does not post within 15 Business days from your statement date please reach out by email. Do not reach out by social media, all non-posting issues must be handled through email and our secure form.
OUR REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY (SSN ONLY):
We will issue a full refund or a replacement for your order if your line does not post within 15 Business days of your statement date in the 2nd cycle and your reports are free and clear of any Fraud Alerts. You will need to fill out the non-posting form (will be emailed to you and can be requested by email) within 16 Business days of your 2nd cycle, if you fail to fill out the form or reach out to us within the time frame we will not be able to issue you a full refund.
We do not accept credit karma for non-posting you must submit a 3-bureau credit monitoring site for us to verify the non-posting.
THE REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY ABOVE IS ONLY FOR IRS ISSUED SSN'S WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY CPNS. IN THE CASE OF A NON-POSTING WE WILL ISSUE A SINGLE REPLACEMENT PER ORDER (WE USE A 3RD PARTY SYSTEM TO VERIFY).
