INVENTORY RECEIVER/ PARTS COUNTER ASSOCIATE POSITION

JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for control of inventory coming in and out of Marfab.
- Physically count all products delivered and match to purchase orders.
- Note any discrepancies on the packing slip and work with the manager to resolve issue.
- Document merchandise return forms and process return for credit.
- Label shelves and assist team with putting merchandise away.
- Work closely with the manager to update physical count of inventory.
- Provide customer support on sales floor and answer phones.
- Participate in general cleaning and maintenance of the sales floor and warehouse.
- Greet and wait on customers in a professional, friendly and timely manner while providing the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain orderly, secure and correct invoices and cash at registers.
- Maintain orderly, accurate receiving documents.
- Oversee accurate inventory, labeling and product placement.
- Maintain a clean orderly work area, sales floor and warehouse.
- Assist in other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by management.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Customer service, cashier, or related experience.
- Experience operating a computer and point of sale system.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfort with math calculations.
- Communication and collaboration skills to work successfully with customers and coworkers.
- Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
