We require a $50 deposit to book your horse in for training.

Sales Preparation is charged at $330.00 Total.

Plus additional 10% Commission on the sale amount.

All training aspects involved to get your horse to a sales point. Belinda handles all aspects of the sales process herself from start to finish.

This also includes all photo and video shoots to prepare your horse for advertising. Advertising costs, all enquires, viewings and holding fee for the vet if a vet check is required is included in this price.

Starting under saddle is charged at $385.00 Total.

Includes 24 Hour care, feeding and rugging morning and night.

All aspects of breaking in and education under saddle to suit your needs. Includes two rides with owner prior to bringing horse home if required, photos, videos, and updates of starting horse under to saddle to be ridden.

*Please note estiamted process is 6-8 weeks to ensure the horse is correctly started under saddle*

We require a $50 deposit to book your horse in for starting under saddle.

If agistment only is required this is charged at $88.00 per week. (Discount given)

Two full weeks paid upfront prior to arrival of any horse is required.

Please note every horse is different and will take different amounts of time pending age and previous experiences. We can't tell you exactly how long it will take to train your horse to the level wanted. We can provide an educated estimate after our first training session with them. We also cannot tell you exactly how long it will take to sell your horse. We relay on your honestly to provide the correct advise to make the transition of a sale easy ans fast.

Our business has become successful all around Australia based on our reputation for honesty and integrity. We rely on your complete honesty about the horse in order to provide you with the most comprehensive service. Any failure to disclose issues will result in immediate termination of our service.

If you choose to take the horse home after the advertising is listed, Belinda requires a 5% upfront payment, prior to the horse being collected , of the price of the horse currently advertised. Please discuss with Belinda if you choose to use her photos and videos of the horse advertised.

A pre purchase Vendor statement needs to be completed prior to arrival of any horse wanting to be sold.

I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT.

*I SIGNED THIS DOCUMENT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WIHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.*

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE ENTRY ONTO THE PROPERTY ‘AZZABELLE PARK’ AND MY ALLOWING THE PROPOSED ACTIVITY IS CONDITIONAL UPON MY SIGNING THIS FORM AND AGREEING TO THE TERMS SET OUT ON IT. ACCORDINGLY, IF I DO NOT SIGN THIS FORM THEN I SHALL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
*In consideration of my being permitted onto the property ‘BW Dressage @ Azzabelle Park’ and allow the proposed activity (The Centre being Azzabelle park)

*1. I acknowledge that training horses can be an inherently dangerous activity and that there are risks associated with it. These risks include the unpredictability of animals, especially if they are frightened or hurt, no matter how well trained or “quiet” they are.

2. I accept all risks associated with the activities offered by Azzabelle Park, including the possibility of injury, death, loss or damage.

3. I agree to indemnify the proprietor, or anyone else associated in any way whatsoever with the proprietor in the running of the Centre, (or its activities), against all claims by any other person in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in any activities whatsoever at Azzabelle Park. This includes any injury or loss caused by negligence on the part of the proprietor or any other person on the property whatsoever.

4. In entering this agreement, I am not relying on any oral, written or visual representations or statements by the proprietor or any other inducement or coercion.

5. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older

6. I agree that the laws of the State of Victoria, whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction (including the Federal Court sitting in its Melbourne registry), will govern this agreement.

7. The full fee of training must be paid before the horse leaves the Centre.

8. Fourteen (14) days’ notice will be given by phone or post to remove horse from Centre.

9. Horses not collected within 14 days notice being given will be charged agistment at the rate of $20.00 per day.

10.The cost of all Veterinary attendance for injuries or otherwise will be paid by horse owner. Vets may be called when and if necessary at the direction of the Centre.

11.The balance of any outstanding fees, the veterinary costs, hoof care, drenching and agistment must be paid by cash on or before removal of horse from Azzabelle Park. Bank cheques or ordinary cheques will be cleared before removal of horse.

12. Any horse not removed within 90 days of notice being given to do so, will be sold by auction of private treaty sale. Any equity in the sale price exceeding the amount owing to the Centre after deduction of agents fees and advertising will be returned to the horse owner.

13.Upon the horse owner sending the horse for training it is deemed they have inspected the facilities and consider them adequate and agree with the management practices of the Centre. No responsibility will be taken for accidents or otherwise occurring while in training.

14. In consideration of the horse owner accepting the terms of this contract, the Centre will give the horse every possible care and attention, including adequate feeding while at Azzabelle Park

Once we receive your application Belinda will be in contact with you to further discuss your horse and costs.

Please note that if you require lessons during or at the conclusion of training, these are included in the training cost. You are more than welcome to make an appointment to watch Belinda train your horse. This is at no extra cost to you
