- FILLING OUT THE BOOKING FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR SIGN IS CONFIRMED. A REPRESENTATIVE FROM FREDDY YARD CARDS INC. WILL BE IN TOUCH TO FINALIZE PAYMENT AND DELIVERY DETAILS PRIOR TO YOUR FINAL BOOKING.
- PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING TO GUARENTEE YOUR BOOKING.
- TRANSPORTATION FEE MAY APPLY OUTSIDE OF FREDERICTON. THIS WILL BE DETERMINED AT TIME OF BOOKING.
- FREDDY YARD CARDS INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL DUE TO HIGH WINDS OR DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. THIS IS IN PLACE FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY, AS WELL AS TO PRESERVE OUR INVENTORY. IF THIS OCCURS, THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
- A $20 LAST MINUTE CHARGE MAY APPLY FOR BOOKINGS THAT ARE ORDERED TO BE SET UP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE REQUESTED DATE.
- CLIENTS UNDERSTAND THE SIGNS WILL BE SET UP WITH STAKES IN THE LAWN. OUR CREW IS VERY CAREFUL, HOWEVER FREDDY YARD CARDS INC. DOES NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR SMALL HOLES IN THE SOD.
- CLIENT WILL NOT TRY TO REINFORCE OR ADD TO OUR SIGNS. THIS IS FOR SAFETY REASONS AND TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF OUR INVENTORY.
- LAWN SHOULD BE WATERED 24 PRIOR TO THE DELIVERY OF THE SIGN. THIS ENSURES WE CAN DO OUR JOB ALONG WITH THE MAINTAINING THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR YARD.
  • SIGNS WILL NOT BE MOVED OR TAKEN DOWN BY ANYONE OTHER THAN OUR STAFF. IF SIGNS ARE DAMAGED WE WILL BE IN CONTACT AND AN INVOICE FOR THE COST WILL BE SENT TO YOU.
