Whether you are new to the world of extensions and have no clue what you will need, or you have been researching for what seems like forever and are ready to get this show on the road, this form is for you. This is step one of finding out what you want and need to obtain your dream hair, AND if it is possible. To be clear, this is not a binding form and is completely free to fill out. It is purely necessary to get information for me to make an educated decision on giving a quote or suggestion on your hair needs.

For detailed cost and process breakdowns you'll need to come into the salon for an in-person consultation. You understand that initial cost can vary greatly depending on current hair and goal hair, but understand that this is a luxury service that is a financial and time investment, including at home care.
