Ordination Candidate

This Mentor Report Form documents each Meeting held between a Candidate for Ordained Ministry (also known as "Mentee") and their Mentor. The Mentor provides ongoing nurture and direction by having monthly/bimonthly Meetings with the Mentee throughout their Ordination journey.

Mentor Meeting Reports are stored in the Candidate's clergy file to be read and reviewed by the Members of the Regional Commission on the Order of Ministry (RCOM). A Candidate particpates in four separate Conversations with RCOM during the Ordination process, including: (1) Candidacy Conversation; (2) Mid-Point Conversation - Part 1; (3) Mid-Point Conversation - Part 2; and (4) Ordination Conversation.
