    Ad Specifications -Files can be provided in .jpeg, .png, .svg or .pdf format. -Artwork should be formatted to the following sizes depending upon the ad desired.  

  • PLEASE USE THE UPLOAD OPTION BELOW to upload all media in any of the formats listed below. Information MUST BE SUBMITTED by THURSDAY, JUNE 30TH at 11:59PM unless otherwise specified. This is because it's important that we allow for necessary corrections, formatting and technical issues.  

      

    Specifications:

    VIDEOS MUST BE provided in high defintion (1280 x 720) or full HD (1920 x 1080) and in .MOV or .MP4 format.

    IMAGES, GRAPHICS AND PHOTOS MUST BE be provided in .JPG, .PNG, .SVG format. Artwork should be formatted to the following sizes depending upon the social media platform and/or ad desired. 

    READY-TO-PRINT ADS MUST BE formatted the same way as images, graphics and photos (listed above). 

    TEXT MUST BE provided in an editable document (such as word or google docs). Links to a document WILL NOT be accepted. This is because real-time changes will not be monitored and what is submitted by the due date provided is final.
