Property tour creation tips:
- Record tour in landscape mode - hold your phone sideways :>
- Set the video recording setting to 1080 HD - 30 FPS (frames per second)
- - Android phones - FHD options is 1920x1080 - select FHD
- Turn on all lights and open all blinds - bright rooms record better
- Avoid recording your reflection in mirrors and windows
- When recording walk slowly, avoid rapid camera movements
- Plan your text addins (callouts) before you start to record
- Plan your path for walking thru the property.
- Speak clearly and stop panning the camera for a few seconds as you speak your callouts. We take a picture when you speak. It will be more clear when the camera is still.
- Limit speech callouts to less than 20 comments
- Each callout should be less than 5 words
- Space your each of your callouts in the video by at least 15 seconds
- We listen to your voice to enable pause & resume commands while recording. We remove any video segment between the pause and resume command. This is an easy way to edit out unwanted video while filming. ex. walking up stairs, avoiding your mirror reflection
We convert your voice comments to text on the tour video as 'callouts' using AI.

You won't hear your comments in the video we create. Just see them as text in the video. You can edit or remove them as well.
