Completing this form provides details so that we can provide a refund of the Basketball Queensland fee through Basketball Connect.
Please note that the refund does not include any transaction fees as they have not been received by Basketball Queensland.
Refunds will only be determined if payment has been made on Game Day AND Basketball Connect.
Refunds will only be issued for those memberships that expire AFTER the competition's conclusion. This ensures that all users are covered by the BQ fee.
Any user who will have their current BQ membership expiring DURING the season to which they have signed up for cannot be refunded. This ensures that all users have a valid BQ membership for the duration of the competition.
Refunds will not be provided due to COVID-19, all players have had their registration extended by 120 days.
