This Black Ballot form is to collect political candidate's information to post on the Black Women Rising website and Social Media platforms. The submission of this form is not guaranteed entry on the Black Ballot. The submission information is updated monthly(Example: submissions of form in March posted in April) The final updated ballot submission is July 15th and post in August 1st until end of election.
