Conditions
The Circle Villeroy is a private club, whose purpose is to offer access to its bar, meeting room, restaurant and wellness area, as well as social, cultural and recreational activities with no political or religious connotations.
Maison Villeroy is located at 33 rue Jean Goujon, 75008 Paris.
Access to The Circle is strictly reserved to holders of a nominative The Circle membership card.
Membership is nominative and non-transferable.
Membership is not automatic and validation is at the sole discretion of General Management after meeting the applicant.
Membership is firm and non-refundable.
Members must pay their daily bills before leaving The Circle.
The Circle is governed by the General Management of Maison Villeroy. The General Management and any other designated person are responsible for ensuring that the rules are respected and properly applied.
The Circle may be closed at the sole discretion of General Management.
Compensation equivalent to the number of days of closure will be credited without notice.
Members may choose not to renew their membership by submitting a written letter of termination to the General Management.
The Circle has the right to refuse any renewal without having to justify itself.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination without compensation or refund.
Each member may invite up to 3 guests without prior agreement.
Children of members under 18 are welcome.
Reservations are strongly recommended.
Members and guests are encouraged to dress appropriately.
Members must stay with their guests, not leave them alone or leave the premises without them.
The Circle wants all members to feel comfortable and have a good time. In order to maintain a warm atmosphere, members are asked to be accompanied by people who respect The Circle atmosphere.
The Circle and General Management are not responsible for theft, loss or damage to the property of members and their guests.
Without the express authorization of the General Management, no member shall engage in any commercial activity within the club.
