This Usage Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is made this day Date* between New Mexico Tech on behalf of its Joseph A. Fidel Student Services Center. (Hereinafter the "Lessor") andGroup Name* (hereinafter the "Lessee").

Lessor hereby allows Lessee, on a non-exclusive basis, the use of Serpentine Table (s) in the Atrium of the Joseph A. Fidel Center (hereinafter the "Premises") for the use of distributing information to students, staff, and faculty of New Mexico Tech as well as the community of Socorro. Information distributed must be displayed on the table provided to Lessee. Lessee is required to remain behind the table (s) provided and will not be allowed to physically approach patrons of Joseph A. Fidel Center.

1)TERM. Lessor allows the use of the Premises to Lessee for the following dates and times:*

2)USAGE FEES. Tables will be reserved and utilized on a first come first serve basis with no charges or fees assessed.

3)USE OF PREMISES. During the term of this Agreement, the Lessee shall have non-exclusive use of the Premises for the following purpose(s)*

Lessee agrees to restrict its use to such purposes, and not to use, or permit the use of, the Premises for any other purpose without first obtaining consent with the Lessor.

4) SAMPLES. Samples of the material that will be distributed under this agreement must be provided to the Auxiliary Services Office located in room 247 of the Joseph A. Fidel Center at least three (3) business days prior to usage date. Information will be accepted electronically if sent to: aux@nmt.edu or gloria.gutierrez-anaya@nmt.edu
