  • Applications must be received by May 13, 2022. Late applications will be charged $50 Late Fee.

  • Measure your chuckwagon or trailer from front to back, including the hitch. Booth size may not exceed 26' in length.

  • Soda, water and sports beverages may not be sold by food vendors. Once approved, menus may not be altered.

  • A certificate of liability, listing the Mandan Progress Organization as additional insured is required prior to set-up. You may email the certificate to info@mandanprogress.org.

  • General Release: By clicking Yes, I hereby and forever discharge the THE MANDAN PROGRESS ORGANIZATION of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, from any loss or damage to my property, while in the possession, supervision, or auspices of the THE MANDAN PROGRESS ORGANIZATION, its agents, representatives or employees. This also applies to all city entiies and its' employees.  THE MANDAN PROGRESS ORGANIZATION Committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.

  • Food Vendor Fee: $200 for 1-day festival, $350 for 2-day festival.
