PLEASE USE THE UPLOAD OPTION BELOW to upload all media in any of the formats listed below. Information MUST BE SUBMITTED at least TWO WEEKS BEFORE the requested post expires (due date, event date, etc.) unless otherwise specified. This is because it's important that we allow for necessary corrections, formatting and technical issues.

Specifications:

VIDEOS MUST BE provided in high definition (1280 x 720) or full HD (1920 x 1080) and in .MOV or .MP4 format.

IMAGES, GRAPHICS AND PHOTOS MUST BE can be provided in .JPG, .PNG, .SVG format. Artwork should be formatted to the following sizes depending upon the social media platform and/or ad desired.

READY-TO-PRINT ADS MUST BE formatted the same way as images, graphics and photos (listed above).

TEXT MUST BE provided in an editable document (such as word or google docs). Links to a document WILL NOT be accepted. This is because real-time changes will not be monitored and what is submitted by the due date provided is final.
