Singers
In a 90 second video, perform two audition pieces consisting of 16 – 32 bars. Keep in mind, most of our shows consist of pop, rock, & musical theater content. NO acappella, classical, or original compositions. Selections should showcase a warm belt, vocal range and match the vocal style of each genre. To be considered for the main stage show you MUST sing at least ONE pop selection. If we need to see more we may send a callback form which will have additional materials to record and return within a three day time limit.
Dancers
You should include a link to a dance reel on your submission form displaying your strongest style of dance. (i.e. ballet, hip-hop, musical theatre, or any combination of styles). If we need to see more we will send you a combination provided by our choreographer to record and return within 3 days. In addition to the combinations, please execute any other floor movements that you do well. (i.e. turns, jumps, spins, etc.) These do not have to be done to music.
Musicians
Seeking TRUMPET, SAX, TROMBONE, KEYBOARD, DRUM KIT, ELECTRIC BASS and GUITAR players. Prepare 2 selections of upbeat and positive music of varying styles. Keep in mind, most shows consist of pop & rock content. Videos should be limited to 2–3 minutes. No original compositions highly progressive jazz or hard rock. DRUMMERS Demonstrate proficiency in drum kit, and any auxiliary percussion skills. Show a variety of styles (i.e. pop, rock, funk, etc.) MULTI-INSTRUMENTALISTS Demonstrate proficiency on any instruments you play.
