  • Scout Program Booking Form

    Please fill out the information below to submit a booking request for your group and our office will contact you promptly. The program is scheduled for two hours and consists of two activities chosen from the list below. Each program also includes learning about many of the site’s heritage breed animals and the opportunity to explore the colonial house. Scout programs are offered Sundays, April through November. We programs must booked at least three weeks in advance to ensure date availability. Programs are not offered during special events.   • Groups are booked on a first-come first-served basis. If your preferred date is not available at the time your request is made, we will work with you to find alternate dates.

    CPF requires a nonrefundable $100 deposit to confirm your date. The remaining balance of your invoice will be due prior to the date of your trip. 

    All payments (deposit and invoice balance) may be made by check payable to Colonial Pennsylvania Farmstead, PO Box 158, Gradyville PA 19039, or online. The deposit may be paid online below. If you would like to pay your remaining balance online with a credit card, please let us know so that we may send you a PayPal invoice.

    Please remember our experiences are largely outdoors on a full-sensory-experience, working farm. Dress appropriately for the weather and consider wearing sturdy shoes as well as clothing that can get dirty.
