University of Regina Community Fridge Sponsorship Form OR Gift In-Kind Sponsorship.
Thank you for showing interest in sponsoring our charity to University Students at the University of Regina. This form is to establish a partnership with you and/or your organization to help provide free groceries and other benefits to University Students to support them in their time at University. This form is also for businesses or people that want to give a gift in kind for our December 4th Coffee-House Fundraiser. The Fundraiser is on Sunday Dec. 4th, 6:00pm-8:00pm at 3200 Avonhurst Drive. Your gift and sponsorship will be recognized on our partners webpage, on our sponsor banners as we do work on campus for students to see, and on our social media posts and pages. Your business will also be advertised at our December 4th fundraiser and on your gift in card which you have donated (or paid for). You will receive a tax-receipt within 2-3 weeks of us receiving your donation.
