Cat adoption application

To adopt you must be:

*20 years of age

*Provide proof of home ownership or landlord's consent (be sure to have permission from landlord and applicable fees paid and contracts signed before filling out application).

*We REQUIRE that all animals in the household are fixed and UTD on vaccinations unless there is a medical reason. We will check with your vet. **To expidite the application process please contact your vet and give permission for them to release information to us.

*You must have consent of all adults in the househould.

*Kittens do best when they have a friend. We require our kittens to be adopted in pairs OR to a home with another playful cat or kitten UNLESS it is specified in the description that they can be adopted as an only cat. Applications for pairs will take priority.

**All of the information requested must be provided. Applications with information left out will not be considered so please read carefully.**

Please do not apply on a whim!! Out of time and consideration of our small volunteer based adoption team, we ask that you apply only when you are certain that you are ready to adopt.

We are a volunteer and foster based organization. It can take several days for us to process the application. If you have not heard from us please feel free to reach out to see where we are in the process. We communicate via email so be sure to check your email and spam. If you are applying for cats elsewhere and end up adopting with another rescue please be courtious and let us know so we do not continue to process your application. Once your application is approved we will contact you to schedule a time for you to meet the cat or kitten you have applied for.
