Welcome to Stef with an F Beauty, thanks for stopping by! I look forward to the opportunity to work with you to give you the hair you’ve always dreamed of. All new guests must fill out a New Guest Consultation Form. This allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that I can ensure your initial session is booked properly. Please complete the form in full and I’ll be in touch within 24 hours of your request during my business hours. These hours are Monday - Thursday, 9a - 8p and Friday 9a - 6p. By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email/text with appointment time and date options as well as a general price quote. Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request however, guests with limited availability or a need for a longer session (4+ hours) may have to wait up to 4+ weeks to be seen. I understand that Stef with an F Beauty has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and any cancellations or changes made to the appointment within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. I understand that should I choose to proceed with booking I will be asked to keep a credit or debit card on file in order to uphold this cancellation policy. I understand that there is a strict NO REFUND policy. If you are unhappy with your results you may contact Stef within 10 days of your appointment and we can work together to get you to a result you are happy with.
