AFTERCARE GUIDELINES & LASH HEALTH

Aftercare guidelines are available at SGBeauty.org/lashaftercare and must be followed to maintain your results and lash health. I am passionate about keeping your natural lashes healthy — I will only apply extensions that are appropriate for your natural lashes. We will discuss what style and weight is best suited for you to achieve your desired look while maintaining the integrity of your naturals. As your licensed professional, I reserve the right to adjust the service based on what your lashes can safely handle.  

WASH LASHES 2x DAILY (with a LASH CLEANSER)

Daily cleansing is so important for both your lash health and retention! Buildup of skin, oil, dirt, and makeup accumulates quickly and can't be removed in a single cleanse. Over time it suffocates the hair follicle, causing lashes to grow weak and fall out prematurely — and nobody wants that! If this happens, I'll recommend a lash break until your naturals are healthy again. 🤍
If you arrive with layers of buildup, I won't be able to fill you and your appointment will need to be cancelled. The full service amount will still be charged.

FILLS & APPOINTMENTS

CLEANSE IMMEDIATELY BEFORE APPOINTMENT. Please arrive with no oil, makeup, or product on your entire eye area — eyelid, temples, under eyes, and forehead. Wash your lashes right before your appointment, or no more than 30-45 minutes prior.
Clean lashes are essential! Even a tiny bit of oil, debris, or makeup will prevent adhesive from bonding properly and cause extensions to fall off prematurely. If your lashes need to be cleansed at your appointment, it will cut into your service time.

To be considered a fill, you must have at least 50 lashes remaining on each eye. Keep in mind that some lashes will be removed due to grown out extensions. If you arrive with less than 50 per eye, your appointment will be cancelled and rebooked as a full set. The full service amount will still be charged.

21 DAYS

Fills must be booked within 21 days of your last lash service — no exceptions. If your appointment falls even one day past the 21 day mark, it will be rebooked as a full set.

LIMITED MOVEMENT

Once we start, I'll need you to lie as still as possible and limit talking so I can focus and give you the best results! Talking creates small movements that shift eye pads and make precise application really difficult. Adhesive fumes can also escape into your eyes if pads shift, so staying still is important for your safety too.
Please use the restroom before your appointment, put your phone on silent, and avoid caffeine beforehand. Caffeine causes fluttery eyes which makes lashing difficult — and sometimes impossible!
To ensure the best possible results, I reserve the right to modify or stop a service if anything prevents me from working safely and to my full ability. The full service fee for the scheduled time will still apply.

NEW CLIENT FILL

Already wearing lashes from another artist? You're welcome here!

Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Book a Consultation — A consultation is required before your first fill and cannot be on the same day as your fill appointment. I'll assess your current lashes to determine if a fill is possible. If not, a removal and full set will be needed.

Step 2: Book an Extended Fill — If you're cleared for a fill, book an Extended Fill appointment. This gives me the time needed to work with another artist's application. Keep in mind every artist works differently — it may take a few appointments to get you exactly where you want to be, especially if there is existing damage.

Pro tip: Book both appointments at least 2 days apart. If a fill isn't possible after your consultation, this gives you time to cancel the fill without being charged the cancellation fee.
