Yard-a-gram Rental Information
~ Payment in full is required to confirm and secure your reservation. Deposits are accepted upon request. Minimum deposit is half of your total due. Please let me know if you would like to make a deposit with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to the event.
- 48 hours or less setup requests will be additional.
~ Please do not remove or relocate the lawn display once it has been installed.
~ For the safety of everyone, please do not allow anyone to play on/ around the lawn display.
~ Do not attach anything to any part of the display. No BALLOONS or STREAMERS.
~ Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused by lawnmowers/equipment, sprinkler systems, animals If you have a weekly landscaping service, please arrange their visit prior to yard card installation. You are responsible for replacing damaged items.
~This is a 24 hour rental. Most setups and takedowns are completed between 7:30 - 10 pm. Morning setups are available between 5:30 - 7:30 am. Morning setups are suggested if you are having an event. If you wish for us to remove your display sooner please contact us via phone or text 225-364-6822. No one other than Jay’s Yard Signs have the permission to remove the display.
~Jay’s Yard Signs will not be liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set up or removal of any rental.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
~ 48 hour notice is required for a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your event, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your package price as a refund or you may leave the full package price as a credit on your account for a future date, based on availability.
~ In the event of inclement weather Jay’s Yard Signs may not be able to set up your yard displays and a full refund will be provided. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornado warnings, floods, heavy rain, high winds, and snowstorms. Rain is not ideal, but set ups still occur.
~ No refunds will be given if we are unable to access the yard. Ex. Failed to unlock the yard, no access code, wrong code given or no answer upon arrival.
~No refunds will be given if we cannot access a property for safety reasons due to pets in the yard
