Mardi Gras in Reo Town (Info & Requirements)

DESCRIPTION OF EVENT:
- Location: Reo Town Marketplace, 1027 S. Washington Ave., Lansing Michigan
- Saturday, March 1, 2025; 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
- All day entertainment, Vendors, Tarot Reader, Store Promotions, Beads, King Cake and more.
- Mardi Gras Attire Encouraged
EVENT INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Please read carefully
- Spaces are 8x8 for $50. We have a three longer spots 16x4 for $60. The event will be held indoors. We will accept applications until all spots have been filled.
- There will be no electricity available.
- All vendor location requests will be considered on a first come - first serve basis and honored whenever possible.
- We do not provide tables, chairs, etc…
- Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the form, and a link to a website, social media, etsy, etc. If you do not have a link you may be requested to send photos of items you plan to sell.
- Vendors must be checked-in by 10 a.m. on the day of the event. Vendors will be assigned their spot, and be directed to their location after check-in. Vendors will be allowed to set up starting at 8:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. All vendors must be ready to open and sell by 11 a.m.
- Vehicles will not be allowed to park in the Reo Town Marketplace parking lot. We will have the back lot area reserved for vendors only
- Booths must be completely set-up by 11 a.m. We request that all vendor booths remain open until 6 p.m.
- Vendors will have from 6-8 p.m. to pack-up. All vendors must be off festival grounds by 10 p.m.
- To prevent accident or injury, any vendor wishing to leave early MUST notify an event official. With permission, booths that can be packed-up and “walked-out” will be allowed to do so.
- The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.
- Each applicant will receive a confirmation letter emailed once your application is accepted.
- This event occurs rain or shine!
- All vendor fees are non-refundable. Unless the festival is cancelled.
- All vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance and read and agree to the waiver below.

Absolutely no unattended vehicles may be left on the festival grounds the night before the event.

WAIVER: Mardi Gras in Reo Town reserves the right to refuse any vendor application, should this occur the fee will be refunded. The Vendor shall defend, save and hold harmless ScreamCraft LLC, Mardi Gras in Reo Town, Voodoo's World of Oddtiques their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Booths are not insured by ScreamCraft LLC, Mardi Gras in Reo Town, Voodoo's World of Oddtiques or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods and carrying their own insurance. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of exhibitor’s property. ANY VENDOR NOT HOLDING VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY. If you agree with all the above, please click on the I AGREE button.*
