    • DESCRIPTION OF EVENT:

      • Location: Reo Town Marketplace, 1027 S. Washington Ave., Lansing Michigan
      • Saturday, February 14, 2025; 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
      • All day entertainment, Vendors, Tarot Reader, Store Promotions, Beads, King Cake and more.
      • Mardi Gras Attire Encouraged

      EVENT INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Please read carefully

      • FOOD AND MARDI GRAS THEMED VENDORS ONLY!
      • Spaces are 8x8 for $65. The event will be held indoors.  We will accept applications until all spots have been filled.
      • There will be no electricity available.
      • All vendor location requests will be considered on a first come - first serve basis and honored whenever possible.
      • We do not provide tables, chairs, etc… 
      • Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the form, and a link to a website, social media, etsy, etc. If you do not have a link you may be requested to send photos of items you plan to sell.
      • Vendors must be checked-in by 10 a.m. on the day of the event.  Vendors will be assigned their spot, and be directed to their location after check-in.  Vendors will be allowed to set up starting at 8:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. All vendors must be ready to open and sell by 11 a.m.
      • Vehicles will not be allowed to park in the Reo Town Marketplace parking lot.  We will have the back lot area reserved for vendors only
      • Booths must be completely set-up by 11 a.m.  We request that all vendor booths remain open until 6 p.m.
      • Vendors will have from 6-8 p.m. to pack-up. All vendors must be off festival grounds by 10 p.m.
      • To prevent accident or injury, any vendor wishing to leave early MUST notify an event official.  With permission, booths that can be packed-up and “walked-out” will be allowed to do so.
      • The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.
      • Each applicant will receive a confirmation letter emailed once your application is accepted.
      • This event occurs rain or shine!
      • All vendor fees are non-refundable. Unless the festival is cancelled.
      • All vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance and read and agree to the waiver below.
    • Please fill out vendor registration completely.
    • Absolutely no unattended vehicles may be left on the festival grounds the night before the event.
  • Your invoice and payment will be processed through Square and accepts all major credit cards. Once accepted to vend at our event you will be sent an invoice.
