Use this form to submit the winning poem(s)* from your school-wide competition
* Each facility can submit the winning poem of a school wide contest! (1 poem per 25 eligible poets per school/facility; up to a maximum of 5 poems).

Please review the contest policies below before submitting.

Poems must be:
1. (1) the winning poem of a facility-wide contest,
2. (2) 50 lines or fewer (title and spaces between stanzas do not count),
3. (3) previously unpublished (electronically or in print),
4. (4) the sole work of the entrant(s).
  1. Poems must be entirely written by the student(s).
  2. AI tools may be used for idea generation or brainstorming, but not for drafting, phrasing, or refining the poem itself. The wording and structure must be entirely the student’s own.
5. (5) in English. Only poems written in the English language can be reviewed. Non-English phrases are acceptable with a translation provided, either within the body of the poem or as a footnote.
6. (6) submitted as a WORD document. PDF or handwritten forms of poetry will not be accepted. Submission template available here.
