What are TWG Tea macarons?
Handcrafted with the most exceptional ingredients, we’ve added our signature teas to the recipe creating a luxuriously smooth tea–infused ganache enveloped by two sweet pieces of delicate meringue.

What flavours are there? Do they come in packaged boxes or can I buy per piece?
We’ve put together an equal assortment of our best-selling flavors - Napoleon Tea and Caramel, Earl Grey Fortune and Chocolate, Noel in New York tea and Red Velvet and Number 12 and Tiramisu - packed into an embossed 24-count box for your personal or gifting enjoyment. As this is an exclusive promotion, our macarons can only be purchased together with your choice of TWG Tea Haute Couture or Cotton Teabags.

What are the available TWG Teas that we can buy together with the macarons?
You may choose between our Haute Couture or Cotton Teabags collections. Please check the online order form for availability as they will only be sold in limited quantities as well.

What’s a proper way to store and consume the macarons?
TWG Tea macarons are best enjoyed within the day of pick up. If unable to consume immediately, please keep them in a chiller and consume within 5 days.

How and where can I buy them?
As part of our Valentine’s offering, our exclusive selection of tea-infused macarons will be available for purchase together with your preferred TWG Tea Haute Couture or Cotton Teabags. You may place your order online via our order form between February 7-10 from 9am to 4pm only. Our Valentine’s Day Macaron sets will be sold in limited quantities per day on a first come, first serve basis. Only a max of 2 sets can be purchased per customer.

So I’ve filled out the form. What’s next?
After submitting your order form, you will receive an acknowledgment email from TWG Tea PH on detailed instructions regarding payment details and claiming of orders. Kindly note that this does not mean a confirmation of your order. Order will be confirmed after we receive proof of payment.

How do I pay? Where do I send proof of payment?
Available payment methods are through bank transfer and credit card. Payment details will be shared upon placing your order. Please send a screenshot/copy of your proof of payment to the following email addresses: TWGTeaPH@rgoc.com.ph and SFRIFinanceECM@rgoc.com.ph. Please note that all orders are considered final.

Will you deliver my orders?
Due to the fragile nature of our TWG Tea macarons, all paid purchases will have to be claimed from our TWG Tea Boutique in Greenbelt 5. We also highly discourage pickups via motorcycle as much care is required in handling our products. Holidays can also be tricky when trying to book delivery services, so please plan accordingly.

When can I claim my orders?
You may select your preferred pick up date and time as you place your order online between Feb 12-15, between 11am to 8pm. Kindly note that there are limited slots per timeslot. If you cannot click on a date or timeslot, that means they are unavailable and you will have to choose another pick up date or time. When claiming, please present a copy of the Order Confirmation email to the TWG Tea store staff.

I’m unable to personally pick up my order. Can I just book a Grab?
Our friendly store staff will be in touch with you on your selected day of pick up, should you choose to have a representative or a courier to pick up your purchase, to get their details. We also highly discourage pickups via motorcycles as much care is required in handling our products. Holidays can also be tricky when trying to book delivery services, so please plan accordingly.

Can I just go to any of TWG Tea branches and just buy from there?
Since our macarons will be sold in limited quantities, this exclusive promotion will only be available for online purchase and in-store claiming. There will be no macarons available for walk in purchases. This is also to ensure the safety of our customers and store staff by curbing your waiting time in our boutiques as we anticipate an influx of customers during the Valentine’s period.

I just realized that I will not be able to pick up my order on the day I selected, can I just get them another day?
Our macarons have a pretty tight shelf life so we highly encourage you to stick to your pick up date. Unclaimed orders will also be forfeited.

Can I choose the flavours that I want and the color of the macaron box?
We know how much you’ve missed our macarons. So we’ve put together a 24-count box of macarons containing our most decadent and best-selling flavors in equal assortment of 6 pieces per variant, which you may share with your loved ones or slowly enjoy piece by piece. On the color of the packaging, if your preferred color for the box of 24-count of macarons is available, we can offer this to you. Please do note that our macarons are packed and ready for you to pick up and choice of boxes will be subject to what is available.

Will you be offering your macarons for sale in your other TWG Tea boutiques any time soon?
