Do you hold your share certificate in your name?* This field is required.If your name and personal address appear on the register held by our Registrar (Link Group) then shares are held in your own name. Answer YES if: You hold the certificate. We post Adnams annual report and accounts to you each year. You receive direct post from Adnams about your shareholding. Answer NO if: Your shares are held in a ‘nominee’ account (with a broker/third party). They manage your shareholding and hold the certificates in their name. We don’t send our annual report and accounts to you, and you don’t receive direct post from Adnams about your shareholding.

Please provide your Investor CodeYour Investor Code, or IVC number can be found on your Share Certificate, or on a Dividend Confirmation Statement. It can also be found on the letter you received about the Friends of Adnams scheme. It is an 11-digit number, that usually starts with 000.
