The Main Street Amherst Kids Explorer’s Club is an opportunity for kids of all ages to get outside and explore all that our community has to offer. Kids will complete as many activities as they can from July 10 to August .14 Whether they choose one activity or try to complete them all, the goal is to just have fun and explore!

If you would like to participate, all you have to do is come up with an activity for the Explorer to complete. Some examples are blow bubbles, count money, hop scotch, count how many of a particular item you have in your business, take a photo in front of your business and show you, play the bean bag game, complete a puzzle, color a picture, jump rope, hula hoop, paint a rock, write a thank you to the Amherst Police Department, tell you a joke, etc. and show you the finished product.

We want each business to have a different type of activity so that the Explorers are not doing the same thing. Once they are finished with your activity, you will give them a pin for their lanyard, which will be supplied to you by Main Street Amherst.
