Hey there, thanks so much for reaching out about your new tattoo! I use this booking form to answer some key questions about your design and keep all the info organized! Thank you in advance for taking the time to fill it out :)

***I do not accept bookings for lettering/script tattoos, nor watercolor or realism. Please refer to the styles posted on my Instagram page @ofcourseithurts if you're curious about what I do :)

Try to approximate in inches what you have in mind, I know it may change but the measurements can be really helpful in deciding how much detail to include.

AVAILABILITY

My hours are usually 1pm-6pm Tuesday-Saturday but vary! Please expect that weekend spots fill up first and fast.
HOLIDAY APPOINTMENT POLICY

Appointments booked in November/December will have a no-reschedule policy! This means if you book an appointment in Nov/Dec and reschedule it, your deposit will be voided and you will need to redeposit to rebook.

Please await an email from me within the next 1-3 business days with my response! If moving forward, we will schedule a consult, which will usually be done over the phone, and takes about 10-15 minutes. During the consult we will discuss your idea, my booking process, collect the deposit, and schedule your session! My current hourly rate for new appointments is $200.
