- I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the CSG COVID Safety Policy, Protocols and Compliance . While it is difficult to predict the evolution of the pandemic, I understand that I will be required to comply with all health directives in effect at the venue at the time of the conference. I understand that I may be required to provide proof of vaccination and booster status, a negative COVID test result within prescribed time parameters, test for COVID onsite during the conference, and properly wear a designated face mask.
