SHIPPING COST TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEM:

All non personalized items* may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as item has not been used or laundered and is returned in its original package.

This cost is the simply how much it costs us to ship and return the item. We do not profit from it and find it is simpler and cost less than it would cost you to return the item on your own.

The shipping return cost is $9.99.

If you are returning more than one item the shipping cost for each additional item is $2.50 per item.

We will email you a UPS return label and instructions as to how to return.

Once we receive the item we will credit you the cost of the item MINUS the shipping cost for returning the item.
