Walkovers notified with over 24 hours notice from start of scheduled game time will be charged at $90

Walkovers notified with less than 24 hours from start of scheduled game time will be charged at $110

Walkovers given with no notification provided will be charged at $180.

Amount owing will be strictly based upon submission time of this form.
