- Female Graduating Senior in a secondary school in Grand Prairie, TX city limits
- Must be interested in pursuing a career in geriatrics or assisting people with disablities (RN, MA, Speech Therapy, PT, OT, Nurse Aid, MSW, etc.)
- Minimum 2.5 GPA (4.0 Scale)
- Provide two (2) Reference Letters (Click here to print)
