'STANDARD EXTRA' for 15 or 16 persons: Select this Occupancy Option to accommodate a total of 15 or 16 persons. Includes exclusive use of the entire property with all 7 bedrooms/14 standard beds, included plus a single of double sofa bed (in Bedroom 1 - see plan), for 1 or 2 persons.
'FULL HOUSE' 16 persons + 1 or 2 infants: Select this Occupancy Option to accommodate 16 persons and 1 or 2 infants (0-1yrs only), total 18 persons. Includes exclusive use of entire property with all 7 bedrooms/14 standard beds, sofa bed (Bedroom 1) and 1 or 2 infant cot/s (travel type).

Property Design & Safety (bookings with children): We warmly welcome families travelling with children but highlight given the size and design of Furano Villa, and the context of group stays, that active supervision of younger guests by parents/guardians needs to be maintained at all times to ensure safety and the preservation of the property for guests who will follow. Please be aware that Furano Villa is not “child-proofed,” and does not include dedicated areas for children or teenagers. It has been designed to provide a premium accommodation experience suited to refined rather than high-impact use.

Surety (all bookings): We also highlight that to support the standards of care required in all circumstances, our terms require a credit card pre-authorization (hold amount) equivalent to a minimum of one night's tariff, as a surety against damage beyond fair wear and tear and/or any consequent loss of use of the property. This hold amount will be released following a satisfactory inspection of the property upon departure.
