  • The Great San Diego Scavenger Hunt to provide:

    • Opportunity to be highlighted as a Scavenger Hunt Stop.
    • Opportunity to showcase your business to a potential of up to 1,500 visitors (over the course of the day).
    • Inclusion in a social media posts mentioning and tagging your business.
    • All general event coordination including Game Board app management.

    Stop/Venue to provide:

    • Determine a unique Scavenger Hunt Mission to take place at your venue. Options for Mission Type include:
      1. Photo Upload (Participants need to find a specific object or place, or perform a physical or creative task and take a video of it.)
      2. Video Upload (Participants need to find a specific object or place, or perform a physical or creative task and take a video of it.)
      3. Text-based question or riddle (Participants need to enter a text or number based answer to a question you've asked.)
      4. GPS check-in (Participants need to physically get to a specified location, communicated through the mission description or based on a given clue, in order to submit their coordinates.)
    • Fully staff and execute the pre-established Mission from 8AM to 6PM.
    • Produce and display signage explaining Mission.  (a template will be provided)
    • Create a fun and lively atmosphere for event participants throughout the day.
    • Promote The Great San Diego Scavenger Hunt heavily to internal channels available to include:
      • Feature the event prominently on your website from the launch date in February through the end date in May
      • Feature the event in no fewer than 2 email blasts
      • Feature the event in no fewer than 3 social media posts
      • Hang an event poster at your business
    • Option to provide something for the participant Swag Bags (1500 pieces)
    • (5) gift cards valued at $30 each
    • Option to host your BID's official afterparty at your venue from 4-7pm. 
      • Have a space large enough for a minimum of 200 players.
      • Potentially offer a complimentary drink for each player using provided sponsor product(s).
      • Have and dedicate screens to display the live scoreboard and awards ceremony livestream.
      • Provide a step & repeat for player photos with event logo and host business logo.
      • Create a lively celebratory environment.
