What to expect
Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from LexPoLay Kennels, but it does not guarantee I'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT: I will review applications within 2 business days of receipt. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If your home is a good fit, I'll notify you. We breed infrequently, so we will only accept deposits when puppies are actually available. After the puppies eyes open, you will be assigned a time in which you have 30 minutes to choose your puppy and make a commitment deposit of $200 on the puppy of their choice. If you make a deposit, you are committing to take a puppy from the litter.

YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be assigned in deposit order by the first or second preference of the depositor as indicated on the application. If neither of your choices are available, you may elect another puppy from the litter if available. We ask that you make a choice within 30 minutes of notification since there may be other families waiting for a chance to choose. Our puppy demand is very high. No puppy will be considered on hold until we have received your deposit. The price of the Puppy depends on the sex, size, and color.

We post pictures and videos as they grow keeping you up to date on your new family member. We send private pictures weekly until you take your fur baby home.

REFUND POLICY: ALL "PUPPY DEPOSITS" ARE **NON-REFUNDABLE **.

The exception would be if your puppy does not pass the 8 week exam or something unforeseeable was to happen to your puppy, in which case your deposit would be fully refunded or you may choose to apply your deposit towards the purchase of another puppy from another litter.

For deposits and payments, we accept Cash only. Depending on final health vet visit puppies will go home at 9 weeks (unless another date has been agreed upon). If not picked up by 9 weeks we charge $10/day for boarding and extra medical expenses.
