  • Terms of Service

    Subject to changes at any given time.I have the right to refuse a commission without a reason.Please make sure you read all of the TOS, by paying me for a commission, you accept all terms and conditions stated here.

  • How to get in contact with me:

    I am usually contactable through Notes on Furaffinity, and Private messages on Discord or Telegram. You can put your discord below. If neither put N/A in the Fill in.

  • Please Put your Discord or Telegram in the Fill in.       

  • Please put where you are coming form and your Username!         

  • How the process works:

  • -Once I have received a Note/Email from you I will contact you back to make sure all the details and things are worked out.

    -At this time I will expect full payment to be made for the commission.
    I only take Paypal, I will Invoice you. You will have to give me your Paypal and Name that shows up on your account. (Just in case I have to look you up later for a refund, etc.)

    -Once payment has been received I will confirm it with you.

    - ETA of commission depends on my work week and how much I have before yours.

    - Depending on what type of commission you get, My time, Schedule etc. It can take me a few days, to a few Months, wait time. But do not worry! I will usually contact you or make Journals stating what's wrong etc. And or Show you WIPs. If you are not a Patient person i do not recommend getting from me unless i am working on said commission right away. Things happen and i do tend to get sidetracked with personal stuff and Life which is why i may be quick or very slow.

  • Payment and refunds:

  • -All payments as of right now are through Paypal and Paypal's invoicing system.
    -All payments under $150 must be made in full at the time of ordering. Delayed or late payments taking longer than 24 hours will be forfeit and the next slot will go to the next person or will have to run through me for approval.

    -If payments are not received in (usually 24hrs) a timely manner, Your spot will be Forfeited and I will give the next slot to the next person. You then will have to re-submit for a commission slot.
    -Payments of over $150 can be set up on a payment plan which can be further discussed with me through notes. This is on a case by case basis and needs permission first.

  • Refunds:

  • -Are given on a case by case basis.
    I do try my best to make sure everything is alright with your art work before it is finished.

    -In case you might need to cancel on the commission and nothing has been started yet I will give a complete refund.
    -If you need a refund AFTER the commission has started you will only get a certain percentage of your refund back depending on how much work has been done.

    -I literally live off of the funds for food and bills I make from commission, refunds if given might not be immediate as I might have to replace the funds with other commissions or my next paycheck. So if you are getting a refund please be patient with me.

  • Lost communication:

  • -If a commissioner has requested an update to their commission (i.e need to see the sketch, lines etc), prompt and clear communication is necessary.

    -If I have not received any communication from the commissioner within 2 months, then the commission will be bumped to the bottom of my queue and stay there until communication is established again. (I will make an attempt to contact you.)

    -If communication does not pick up after 5 months worth of time from the initial order date of the commission, the commission slot is forfeited, erased from my list, and no refunds will be given.

  • About the Art Process:

  • -Once info about the commission is received and I start on it, I usually will take minimal changes to the art in the sketching process. Once i have got Approval for the sketch I will then Line. I will ask for another Approval. After this Approval it is Final. I will not change anything after the Lineart stage (If there is Lines.) This goes for Sketches as well that are getting turned into a Lineless are etc. If I have personally made a mistake feel free to point it out! (This goes with the coloring part of the commission)

  • References and Descriptions:

  • -Notice on pose reference images given! All pose reference images given for a commission, will be used as a "idea or light" reference only! I will not copy a pose from any work of art! Only poses acceptable to be used are Free to use stock photos And these will be linked in your submission for reference back purposes! Thank you for the understanding!

    -I prefer to have some sort of picture reference for the commissions. If your character is brand new with no pictures of it currently. Please take the time to find color refs, hair refs, clothes refs, ect for the character.

    -Please make your descriptions short and to the point. Long winded book written descriptions only confuse me more.

    -I will try and work with you on developing your new character into a picture. But please keep in mind how I see something and how you see it can be two completely different things. My style of art also plays a factor so please keep that in mind.

    -If you do have a picture reference, but it's not quite what needs to be in the commission please tell me what is different.

    -I do love artistic freedom when it comes to pictures and I'd be happy to do so for you. But if you are dead set on a pose or anything certain please include this information.

  • Asking about commission status:

  • -While I strive to make art in short amounts of time, things do happen.
    -I work Thursdays - Tuesdays mornings, from 10pm-7am and I am Normally off Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I work holidays as well. (I do not work on art on holidays unless I'm home.)

    -You may find my current commission agenda posted on my profile page, discord

    -If your commission is taking longer then 4 weeks to a month and you haven't seen an update on it, please PM me and ask me about it. Most likely I have a sketch done, or yours is up next in the Que. or i have fallen behind due to IRL stuff. Do not be afraid to give me a nudge to see how I am doing on your piece! All I ask is you do not overly ask. I am okay with once a week but not everyday. I am even okay with having normal conversation's with you!

  • Usage of my art:

  • -All art that I have created for myself can NOT be redistributed without my written consent. Any violations of this can result in legal actions taken against you.

    -All artwork that has been commissioned by me, belongs to the respectful owner/commissioner and I. Any redistribution without their written consent can also result in legal actions taken against you.

    -I, as the artist holds full rights to any and all art I produce. Which means I am allowed to re-post to any of my galleries.

    -Editing and or coloring my art and then posting online without permission is against my TOS and will not be tolerated. Please ask before you edit and want to repost it.

  • Commissioners usage of my art:

  • All art you commission from me can be used for personal reasons only. Your computer wallpaper, reposting with proper credit given ect, is fine. Redistributing it for monetary gain is illegal and legal actions can be taken against you.All artwork is © Crystal Davis ”MoonHybrid”
