1. We understand that salaries, operating expenses, and financial commitments of First Presbyterian Preschool are incurred and set each year prior to the commencement of the academic school year.
2. Tuition is an annual fee broken down into 10 equal monthly payments. We understand that the tuition is due on 1st of each month, August-May, no later than the 10th of each month. 3. We understand that in the event payment is not received by the 15th of the month, the child(ren) will not be allowed to return to school until the account is paid in full. During this time your child’s spot cannot be guaranteed to stay open. We will call from the waiting list to fill any vacant openings.
4. We understand that there will be a fee of $35 for any declined payments.
5. We understand that tuition will be billed until after an official two-week notice is given for withdrawal.
6. We understand that refunds will not be given for unused tuition, registration fees, or supply fees.
7. We understand plans change. However, registration fees are non-refundable, and supply fees are non-refundable after July 31st, 2026.
Registration, Supply Fees, and Monthly Tuition will incur a 2.75% credit card processing fee unless paid by check or ACH draft set up through your bank. We offer a 5% discount if annual tuition is paid in full by August 1, 2026.
