This is an application to nominate a nonprofit you support for a $1500 GRANT from Kollath CPA's KollathKares Grant Program.

One $1500 grant will be awarded each quarter to a registered 501(c)3) nonprofit organization that provides support for a worthy cause in the state of Wisconsin. Our employees (from KollathCPA, Organic Payroll and SustainableHR PEO) will vote on which nonprofit is awarded the $1500 grant each quarter.

We will contact the selected recipient within a few weeks after the deadline.
