Once you have reviewed those items, please fill out the required areas of this form carefully. If the information below is inaccurate or incomplete, registration may be subject to a delay in processing.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Are you aware of our Campership Program that provides camp scholarships for families who cannot afford the full cost of camp? If you would like to request financial assistance, please do not fill out this form. Instead, complete the Summer 2022 Campership Application and Registration Form after reviewing the instructions. The form is available on our Rates & Registration page.

Each household should complete their own registration, using the appropriate form for new or returning campers, Oakland or non-Oakland residents, or application for a Camp Scholarship ("Campership"). The one exception is children who are attending as guests of a household, who can be included on the same registration form; you must provide the name and contact information of their parent/guardian, who will be asked to complete a waiver.

This is the registration form for returning campers (Oakland residents). If this is not the appropriate form for your household, please return to our Rates and Registration page and select the correct form to complete.

You may save this form at any time during the process by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the page, but please note that reservations are confirmed using the timestamp of your final submission.

We welcome you to request a specific type of accommodation, including specific tents or cabins, if you have a preference. We do our best to provide everyone with one of their top three requests; however, housing assignments are processed in the order received. Additionally, availability of specific housing is contingent on COVID-19 protocols. Many families have no preference. Take a look at our Camp Map for locations of tents/cabins and electricity. 

OFRC/Camps in Common reserves the right to make final assignments based on availability.  

***Update for Week 3: Family Music Week - All cabins, and all tents with electricity are sold out!  Only non-electric tents remain. 

***Update for Week 4: 4th of July - All tents with electricity are sold out! Several cabins (3 beds only) with electricity are still available. 

Weeks 1-3 | Balance Due May 16th. All reservations confirmed after this date must pay in full during registration. 

Weeks 4-6 | Balance Due June 1st. All reservations confirmed after this date must pay in full during registration.
