Time

All volunteers will meet at Ed Brabson Balloon Park at 8:00 a.m. Cleanup will run from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.

Location

The Alamogordo Community Cleanup is along the Highway 54 Bypass (Charlie Lee Memorial Relief Route). Children must be 16+ to volunteer along the highway. Other options are available for children under 16 years of age. Please contact the Alamogordo Center of Commerce for more information.

ATTENTION GROUPS

If you are volunteering with a group that is not an organization/business/school, (EX: with family or friends) please create a group name and list that below.

Make sure each individual that is a part of your group, registers under the same group name.

It's recommended that groups carpool, if possible.

  I,         agree to be a volunteer in the Alamogordo Community Cleanup and commit to the tasks assigned to me. I understand that it is my responsibility to adhere to and comply with the policies and procedures as indicated by the Event Organizers. I agree to release and discharge the Alamogordo Center of Commerce, Keep Alamogordo Beautiful, Zuni Electric, its agents and employees, and all other persons associated with the Alamogordo Community Cleanup from liability for any injuries, accidents, or physical conditions that I may suffer during the event, claims, costs, and damages, including but not limited to those arising out of or related to my participation as an Alamogordo Community Cleanup Volunteer. I grant full permission for Alamogordo Center of Commerce to use my name, likeness, voice, photographs, videotapes, or quotations from me in accounts, promotions, and activities, in any medium, related to any Alamogordo Community Cleanup Events. I fully understand this agreement and I am aware that this is a release of liability and contract between the Alamogordo Center of Commerce, Keep Alamogordo Beautiful, Zuni Electric, The Alamogordo Community Cleanup, and myself and I sign it of my own free will.
