All requests will be reviewed. Minor updates to existing content on the website (like creation of short urls and text edits to existing content) can take as little as two business days to complete. More extensive projects like adding new content or redesigning existing pages may take additional time.

Faculty, staff and other directory records will be maintained by the Provost Office or Human Resources, respectively. To fix errors in directory listings (i.e. phone number changes, office room changes), please submit a Help Desk ticket.

Faculty members should complete the faculty bio form to request a new or updated bio.

To complete this form, fill out this first page and select the type of request from the options below. Then click Next, and fill out the relevant form page for your request type. Once you fill out that request-specific form page, select Submit. If you have multiple requests, select Back or Next to complete the other request-specific form pages.
