KP Styling Salon is located in the West End of Beaumont, Texas. We offer a luxury experience using professional-grade products.
We perform services to the absolute best of our ability based on our starting canvases, expertise, education, and guest cooperation.
Our pricing reflects our skills and the experience we offer our guests.
By filling out the above survey, you have requested the opportunity to be a guest at KP Styling Salon. This is not a confirmation of time and date. Someone from our reception desk will be in contact with you within the next 48 hours or the next business day to schedule and confirm your new color appointment.

CONSULTATION PROCESS:
At KP Styling Salon, our number one priority is the integrity of our guests hair. Some major transformations may take more than one session to achieve your end goal. If our artists do not feel like your end goal can be met in one session, this will be expressed to you during your visit with our reception desk or during your consultation. These evaluations are backed by years of experience and continuing education from our team and are only advised to maintain the integrity of your hair.
Please do not plan anything after your scheduled appointment. As a new guest, we like to take our time, perform thorough applications, and do all necessary steps to ensure you're going to leave as close to your end goal as possible. Hair color services can take anywhere from 2-6 hours, and may take longer than expected depending on the state of your hair and hair history prior to your appointment with us.
If our artists declare your color service to categorize as a Color Correction, an in salon consultation, test strand, and additional waiver discussion is required.
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT:
Upon agreeing on a date, time, and artist with our reception desk, a $50 retainer is required to officially schedule your appointment. This retainer will be deducted from your final price at the end of your hair color service. The retainer is NONREFUNDABLE. In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, your retainer will be honored for 6 months after the initial transaction.
A price estimate will be quoted to you during your visit to our reception desk. The price is subject to change depending on the artist you are scheduled with, amount of hair, pre-existing damage, amount of product needed to be used, and services performed during your appointment.
We accept cash, major credit cards, apple pay, and gift cards. With all credit card transactions there is an added 2.6% processing fee to your total. To avoid the processing fee, stop by an ATM and bring cash! A 20% gratuity is customary (c’mon we just spent hours touching your head). Refunds are subject to situation and approved solely through Kara. If we cannot come to a mutual understanding about an unfortunate experience, a refund will then be an option. Kara never wants clients to feel like their investment is not what they had envisioned and prides herself in not only her own talents, but the way she’s trained her team as well.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must let us know at least 72 hours before the day and time of your scheduled appointment, and are required to pay a $50 cancellation fee before rescheduling the appointment. If notified within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the scheduled service cost is required before rescheduling the appointment.
At the time of booking your appointment, your card will be taken on file to be used in the event that a cancellation fee of any sort is owed. You will always be notified by one of our staff before your card is ran.
In the event that your stylist has to cancel your appointment the day of, due to them calling in sick or any other personal reason, you will receive 20% off of the cancelled service at your rescheduled appointment.
CHILDREN:
Please do not bring young children to your appointment. We have sharp scissors/razors, hot tools that reach temps of 400 degrees and higher, and professional-grade chemicals being applied. Our salon is not designed to cater to children and it can also be an obstacle for our artists to perform their services. Please arrange for your littles to be in someone else's care during your appointment with us as it can take hours and we wouldn't want them to get antsy, hurt, or disturb other guests' experiences.
