KP Styling Extension Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
FIRST TIME EXTENSION CLIENTS
:
For first time clients, you can expect the following:
First time clients can expect to invest between $1500 to $3,850 for us to work together. This will all depend on LENGTH, DENSITY, AND COLOR. Every client is different and has different needs. We will discuss this further during our consultation. At the time of booking your new install we will require a $1000 non-refundable deposit to get you on the books. The deposit of $1000 will be deducted from your final price at the event of your New Install appointment. If after the consultation you do not wish to move forward, you will be charged $50 for the consultation appointment.
This investment covers Covet & Mane Hand Tied Hair Extensions, Seamless Custom Color of your natural hair as well as custom coloring of the extension hair, Installing of the extensions, Cut, Styling, and Photos.
RETURNING CLIENTS
:
For returning Extension Clients you can expect the following:
Re-tightening of the hand tied hair extensions every 6-10 weeks.
Replace the Hand Tied hair every 6-8 months with brand new hair.
Every 2nd or 3rd tightening, we may need to refresh a few pieces of hair that will require additional investment. This is only to make sure everything stays fresh and seamless, and that you don't have any ratty pieces in your hair as the extension hair will start to result in wear and tear. 18" $150 per weft, 22" $200 per weft.
Pricing for tightening appointments is determined on parts and labor pricing structure.
To tighten a row is $125-$200/row. A mini to tighten is $65-$100/mini row.
Your hair color will be charged by an hourly rate of $125-$200/hour depending on the level of your artitst. Returning clients can expect to spend about 3-4 hours coloring their hair.
*This is all depending on which artist you're placed with or request.
The "parts" are detirmened by the amount of color used on both your real hair and your extensions. Our salon uses a technology called SalonScale to determine the cost of haircolor used during each appointment. For extenstion this typically add about $150 to the total cost of the appointment.
A usual tighten and color touchup ranges between $500-$1,300 all depending on COLOR, AMOUNT of rows, and POSSIBILITY of replacing a few pieces of your hair to make sure your extensions stay fresh.
NOTE: If it is time for you to replace some pieces of hair, we will quote you a price at your appointment for next time on what to expect so that you're not sticker shocked at the end.
We will further discuss your exact price quote during our consultation.
This is all subject to my professional opinion in what your hair needs.
*Each artist will review at home care instructions and maintenance tips and tricks. You will also receive a detailed "Home Maintenance" written guide via email upon leaving the salon at your new install appointment. It is up to the guest to execute these rituals on their own time. This is the ONLY way we can ensure you will have a seamless experience while wearing hand tied extensions. By agreeing to these terms, you're agreeing to properly maintain your hand tied extension investment as suggested by your extension artist.

By filling out the above survey, you have requested the opportunity to be a guest at KP Styling Salon. This is not a confirmation of time and date. Someone from our reception desk will be in contact with you within the next 48 hours or the next business day to schedule and confirm your new color appointment.

Monday: 9-5
Tuesday: 9-7
Wednesday: 9-6
Thursday: 9-7
Friday: 9-5
Saturday: 9-4 (During the months of April, May, June, October, November, and December ONLY)
Sunday: Closed
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must let us know at least 72 hours before the day and time of your scheduled appointment, and are required to pay a $200 cancellation fee before rescheduling the appointment. If notified within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the scheduled service cost is required before rescheduling the appointment.
At the time of booking your appointment, your card will be taken on file to be used in the event that a cancellation fee of any sort is owed. You will always be notified by one of our staff before your card is ran.
In the event that your stylist has to cancel your appointment the day of, due to them calling in sick or any other personal reason, you will receive 20% off of the cancelled service at your rescheduled appointment.
CHILDREN:
Please do not bring young children to your appointment. We have sharp scissors/razors, hot tools that reach temps of 400 degrees and higher, and professional-grade chemicals being applied. Our salon is not designed to cater to children and it can also be an obstacle for our artists to perform their services. Please arrange for your littles to be in someone else's care during your appointment with us as it can take hours and we wouldn't want them to get antsy, hurt, or disturb other guests' experiences.
