IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please be sure you have read and reviewed the Campership application instructions prior to filling out this form.

Each household should complete their own registration, using the appropriate form for new or returning campers, Oakland or non-Oakland residents, or application for a Camp Scholarship ("Campership"). The one exception is children who are attending as guests of a household, who can be included on the same registration form; you must provide the name and contact information of their parent/guardian, who will be asked to complete a waiver.

This is the Campership Application and Registration Form (Oakland residents). Please note that Camperships cannot be combined with special promotions such as the new camper discount. We welcome you to request a specific type of accommodation, including specific tents or cabins, if you have a preference. We do our best to provide everyone with one of their top three requests; however, housing assignments are processed in the order received. Additionally, availability of specific housing is contingent on COVID-19 protocols. Many families have no preference. Take a look at our Camp Map for locations of tents/cabins and electricity.

OFRC/Camps in Common reserves the right to make final assignments based on availability. Housing assignments will begin to be distributed in April 2022.

How many tents/cabins do you require? (4 beds max to tent, 3 beds max to cabin) *

Due to fire marshal requirements, our cabins are limited to 3 twin beds and our tents are limited to 4 twin beds. Cabins can accommodate up to 4 campers and tents can accommodate up to 5 campers if your family includes young children who can comfortably share a twin bed.

No payment is due at this time. Office staff will contact you about your campership request and the level of funds granted. We will do our best to respond to you promptly (within two weeks) after your request, however the availability of funds sometimes prevents us from doing so.

Upon receipt of news that your family has received a campership, a deposit of 25% of your revised total camp fees will be due to reserve your family’s spot at Family Camp.

The remaining balance is due by May 16 for Weeks 1-3 and June 1 for Weeks 4-6. If you have concerns about meeting this deadline, please let us know as soon as possible.
