TSF SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
This application will be reviewed by the Trinity Scholarship Foundation for ALL their scholarships ( See descriptions attached).
Please Note:
1. Application closes on Friday, March 6th at 4:00 P.M. NO EXCEPTIONS. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.
2. Make sure all Cover Letter(s) and Letter(s) of Recommendation are attached as SEPARATE files before submitting
3. Any paper copy of the Student Evaluation Form must be submitted to Mrs. Montgomery in the counseling department by teacher or student in a sealed Envelope
